A runway inspection initiated after the crew reported two tyres showed zero pressure revealed damage to the runway end lights, the runway inspection closed the runway. A line of aircraft waiting for departure taxied to runway 15 via runway 25R and later departed from runway 15.
The FAA reported the Boeing 747-800 broke the runway end lights, dumped fuel and returned, upon landing blew a tyre and was towed. The aircraft sustained no damage, the occurrence was rated an incident.
