A Saudi Arabian Airlines Airbus A330-300, registration HZ-AQ23 performing flight SV-366 from Tunis (Tunisia) to Madinah (Saudi Arabia), was enroute at FL370 about 75nm west of Cairo (Egypt) when the crew reported a technical problem and requested to divert to Cairo, subsequently explaining they had received a cockpit oxygen down indication. The aircraft landed safely on Cairo's runway 23R about 22 minutes later.

The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Cairo about 25 hours after landing.
