A Turuhanavia Antonov AN-24 on behalf of UTAir, registration RA-47820 performing flight UT-57 from Tomsk to Strezhevoy (Russia), was backtracking runway 03 for departure at 09:23L (02:23Z) when the crew attempted to turn around and line up for takeoff, the right hand main gear however went off the paved surface of the runway disabling the aircraft on the runway.

Passengers reported the aircraft stopped while attempting to turn around, the crew applied more power and the aircraft began to skid off the runway.

Tomsk's Transport Prosecution Office reported the AN-24 performing flight Tomsk-Strezhevoy went off the paved surface with its right hand gear while attempting to turn around by 180 degrees. There were no injuries and no damage. The aircraft departed 4.5 hours later.
