An ANA All Nippon Airways Boeing 767-300, registration JA616A performing flight NH-936 from Xiamen (China) to Tokyo Narita (Japan), was descending towards Tokyo when a panel separated from the aircraft and fell into the site of a steel factory. The aircraft continued for a safe landing at Tokyo's Narita Airport.

The airline reported the panel was covering an emergency slide, due to the leakage of gas used to deploy the slide, the panel was pushed off. Another panel had also separated from the same aircraft same location on Sep 8th 2017, however, has not been found so far.
