An Aer Lingus Airbus A321-200, registration EI-CPE performing flight EI-583 from Malaga,SP (Spain) to Dublin (Ireland), was on final approach to Dublin's runway 28 when the crew went around from about 1500 feet MSL reporting a brakes problem and entered a hold to work the related checklists. The crew subsequently advised it would be a normal landing and commenced the approach for a safe landing on runway 28 about 20 minutes after aborting the first approach.
