A UTAir Avions de Transport Regional ATR-72-212A, flight UT-111 from Surgut to Ekaterinburg (Russia) with 68 passengers and 4 crew, could not retract one of the gear struts after departure from Surgut prompting the crew to return to Surgut for a safe landing.

Ural's Transport Investigative Department opened an investigation.
