A Skywest Canadair CRJ-200 on behalf of United, registration N964SW performing flight OO-5393/UA_5393 from Milwaukee,WI to Chicago O'Hare,IL (USA) with 41 people on board, was in the climb out of Milwaukee's runway 19R when the crew stopped the climb at about 6000 feet reporting an engine (CF34) problem and decided to return to Milwaukee. The aircraft landed safely back on runway 19R about 15 minutes after departure. While taxiing in the top part of the right hand engine cowl above was seen missing.
