A United Boeing 767-400, registration N66051 performing flight UA-145 from Washington Dulles,DC to Honolulu,HI (USA), was accelerating for takeoff from runway 30 with a delay of about 2 hours when the crew rejected takeoff at low speed, vacated the runway via taxiway Q3, 1300 meters/4200 feet down the runway, and reported they had an engine bleed light going on. The aircraft returned to the apron.

A passenger reported the first officer announced that they had a bleed air problem, which was worked on by maintenance including an engine run up, the aircraft was released but the problem wasn't fixed causing the rejected takeoff.

The flight was cancelled.
